Roberts & Denny’s (London) Limited (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) are committed to delivering exceptional service quality, as endorsed by our executive management. Our Quality Policy is designed to ensure our services consistently meet or exceed the requirements outlined in BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
Our clients can expect a foundation of quality, reliability, and integrity in all services provided by the Company. We are dedicated to understanding, fulfilling, and continuously enhancing our clients’ needs and expectations.
To achieve and uphold a robust quality assurance program, the Company integrates the standard with effective managerial practices, outstanding client service, stringent control systems, comprehensive staff training, and the provision of suitable equipment. Additionally, we ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
The Company adheres to UK Health & Safety legislation and maintains a Health & Safety Policy that is actively communicated to all employees. We are fully aware of our environmental responsibilities and strive to meet the environmental guidelines issued by government bodies and local authorities.
Our Quality Policy fosters a culture of personal accountability among employees for ongoing quality improvements. We expect all personnel to adhere to this policy, underscoring our unwavering commitment to quality.
This Quality Policy should be implemented in conjunction with our Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy, serving as a comprehensive guide for all personnel regarding their obligations to uphold quality standards in our interactions with clients, suppliers, and the wider community.
This Quality Statement will be reviewed annually to monitor its effectiveness and to ensure that it reflects changing needs and circumstances.
