The most professional and amazing service I have received I was so worried about my move but couldn’t believe how unstressful and smooth it was from the pre-move video call to answering all my concerns. From Kevin to Kieran to Andy who was my favourite out them all! Highly professional and went beyond the service expected. None of my items were damaged and everything was wrapped so well and labelled clearly. Thank you for making my move so easy an smooth i will always recommend you guys! This was the second time we had used R&D, and at a time when it was hard to find availability, and quotes and assessments were laborious to arrange because of COVID, we were happy to approach them once again. Kevin was friendly and informative during the assessment, and they came up with a good plan to move the contents one household to 2 destinations, one local, one long distance. Jade was unfailingly helpful and patient on the phone as everyone was scrambling to exchange sale contracts and secure a Removal booking in what seemed like the busiest removals period ever. On Removal day the teams were incredibly hard working, good natured, helpful, and engaged in problem solving to make sure that everything got safely packed. All items were placed correctly in the new houses, beds and other items were quickly re-assembled, and they were very careful not to scuff walls etc. They were very quick collecting the empty boxes when we were ready. R&D are one of the less expensive removal services - good value!

The packers were absolutely brilliant and so friendly and kind to me, particularly when I was finding the process of leaving our much loved flat emotional!
